On 3:56 p.m. Monday afternoon, the last Trans States Airlines plane departed from the University of Illinois' Willard Airport. The airline company had been a staple at Willard Airport, 11 Airport Rd., Savoy, for more than a decade, providing twice-a-day service from Champaign to St.
