We're safer these days -- but that's not how we 'feel'

Uh-oh -- the crime rate has dropped again. According to information released by Statistics Canada this week, crime overall was down by 5 per cent last year. We should prepare ourselves for the inevitable result: Even more vigorous scare-mongering about how Torontonians have never felt less safe in their city. (INSIDER Edition subscribers only)
