(SH) - As bad as things are now in New Orleans, the question on my mind was how will things will be in six months, or two years? I decided to call Homestead, Fla., 40 minutes by turnpike from Miami and the last ground zero of a category 5 hurricane. It was called Andrew, and hit in 1992.
