Mediaweek.com - NBC has picked-up struggling Friday Night Lights for the remainder of the season, with an order for an additional nine episodes. Season to-date, Friday Night Lights ranks No. 77 out of 112 shows, with 6.13 million viewers, and tied with ABC's 20/20 at No. 77 among adults 18-49, with a 2.5/ rating/7 share. With Fox's American Idol waiting in the wings, NBC is expected to move the Tuesday drama to Sunday.
