Online shopping rap for supermarkets

THE online services of the biggest supermarkets have been branded "dismal" in a test which found some major retail names to be slow, inaccurate and short of stock. Five of the biggest internet grocers, including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda, were all below the mark when it came to delivering a simple list of 33 items.
