(AP) - Heavily-armed South Korean SWAT police officers guard outside a hotel restaurant where foreign and trade ministers of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum are having dinner in Busan, South Korea, Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005. With 21 leaders including U.S. President George W. Bush, Chinese President Hu Jintao, Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and Russian President Vladimir Putin set to attend the annual APEC summit, civil and military forces in this southern port city are on the highest alert with some 37,000 deployed in the area.
