Baby's adoption puts face on Safe Haven law

Scottdale's Nina and Ron LaRue celebrate the adoption of Kylie, a baby who gave Arizona's 2001 Safe Haven law a face. A record number of children will have their adoptions finalized at Saturday's National Adoption Day.
