Champaign A 31-year-old man was arrested for stealing items from T.J.Maxx, 21 E. Marketview Dr., late Thursday night. According to a police report, the man concealed a coat and two bottles of cologne in a duffel bag and left the store without paying. A 24-year-old woman was threatened by the man after confronting him about the items in his bag.
