Rwanda: Rwanda Seeks to Join Indian E-Network Project List

The Executive Assistant of Rwanda Private Sector Federation (RPSF), John Bosco Kaliisa, has urged India to include Rwanda on its $100m Pan Africa e-network on Tele-education and Tele-medicine project.
