Ex- judge does'nt find Morris inquiry evidence tainted

A former Queensland Supreme Court judge says the evidence from the Morris inquiry is not tainted. The Bundaberg Base Hospital inquiry probe collapsed because the Supreme Court found commissioner Tony Morris was ostensibly biased against two key figures.
