Shiavni murder case:IO denies fabricating disclosure statement

New Delhi, Nov 14: The Chief Investigation Officer in the Shivani Bhatnagar murder case today refuted before a Delhi court that Satya Prakash, an accused in the case, was made to sign on a blank paper which was later made his disclosure statement.
