In the lull between lunch and dinner, the restaurant is empty, but a ringing telephone keeps Ida Angelini from sitting for long.It's a regular customer making a reservation, a Friday-night routine Mrs. Angelini has seen well over 1,000 times since Angelini's opened on Jarvis Street in 1981.
