(AFP/File) - Rwandan troops of the African Union force wait to board a plane July 2005 to be dispatched to Sudan's western region of DarfurSudan has given the green light for the deployment of armored personnel carriers (APCs) in its war-torn Darfur region to enhance the African Union's peacekeeping capabilities, the AU said(AFP/File/Jose Cendon)
