The Solvis Group, formerly Quik Pix announced the closing of a transaction for the purchase of a Solvis Group subsidiary, Blvd Acquisition Corp, a publicly-reporting shell, by Global Food Technologies to allow that company to move from a private to a publicly-reporting company.
