Insider: Tepid time for dealing before deadline

Most of the teams are still figuring whether they're buyers or sellers prior to the trade deadline. But one certainty is that, for the time being, there's been more talk and not much action. Expect that to continue as the March 9 deadline approaches, Wes Goldstein says.
