Bush, Congress Each Pledge Investigations

WASHINGTON -- President Bush and Congress pledged separate investigations into the widely panned federal response to Hurricane Katrina on Tuesday as Senate Democrats suggested they may seek $50 billion as the next installment for relief and recovery.
