PS3 Backwards Compatability Has Some Kinks
14th Nov 2006, 18:55 GMT
Early reports filtering through from Japan indicate a handful (well...200) of PS1 & PS2 games are having some problems running on the PS3. Devil May Cry, Tekken 5, GT4, Silent Hill 2 and Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams are probably the most notable to have known issues, which range from sound problems to graphical glitches. If you're going to be one of the 0.07% of readers who will actually be playing a PS3 this weekend, and one of the 0.02% of those who will bother playing PS2 games on it, try not to be too disappointed.
