Cargill Referred to AG for Fish Kill

By Josh Nelson, Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier, Iowa Nov. 16--FORT DODGE -- State environmental officials are recommending Cargill face legal action for a fish kill in July in Hardin County. The Environmental Protection Commission unanimously voted to refer Cargill and Mort's Inc.
