Dear Dr. Belisa: How do I tell my boyfriend to propose to me soon, or it will be too late, without sounding like I'm giving an ultimatum? I've been waiting three years, and get this: my 5-year-old son already calls him "Daddy," which they both enjoy. If he is not willing to make this a permanent union for the three of us, then it is time for us all to move on. I don't want my son to get hurt in this, either. What can I do? Please help!
