Iran has an opportunity to regain international trust

In paving the way for Iran's referral to the United Nations Security Council, the international community has registered the fact that they do not trust the Islamic Republic with nuclear know-how. The international community's misgivings are understandable in view of the fact that for decades, Iran has lied about or hidden aspects of its nuclear program from the inspectors.
