ISELIN, NJ (MARKET WIRE) Middlesex Water Company (NASDAQ: MSEX) (the "Company") announced today that it has completed an underwritten public offering of 1,495,000 shares of its Common Stock, including 195,000 shares issued upon exercise of an option granted to the underwriters to cover over-allotments at a price per share of $18.46 to the public.
