L-1 Identity to buy Canadian company for $12M

Executives of Stamford, Conn.'s L-1 Identity Solutions Inc. and Canada's ComnetiX Inc. say the two companies have reached an agreement for L-1 to acquire all of the outstanding shares of ComnetiX for $12.5 million.
