Phase I Study of High Dose Weekly ABRAXANE Published in Journal of Clinical Oncology: Responses Achieved in Patients With Taxol Refractory Ovarian Cancer and Lung Cancer

American Pharmaceutical Partners and American BioScience said the results of a Phase I study with ABRAXANE for Injectable Suspension given weekly to patients with advanced cancer, including lung, ovarian and melanoma, published in the 11/1/2005 issue of the Journal of Clinical Oncology, reported that the maximum tolerated dose observed in this trial for heavily and lightly pretreated patients was 100 mg/m and 150 mg/m, respectively.
