(AFP) - A Sri Lankan farmer moves his buffaloes to higher ground after rising waters engulfed the Kelaniya suburb of the Sri Lankan capital. Thousands of tsunami survivors in rebel-held areas of northern Sri Lanka were cut off by floodwaters, as aid agencies expressed fears for their wellbeing.(AFP/Sanka Vidanagama)
