Nasdaq warns Insight it may pull stock listing

Insight Enterprises Inc. faces delisting from the Nasdaq Stock Market for failure to file its third-quarter financial statement in a timely fashion. The Tempe reseller of computer products said that the notice was anticipated and that it will appeal.
