The FDA has approved a new dose for losartan plus hydrochlorothiazide combination tablets (Hyzaar), an expanded indication for insulin detemir subcutaneous injection (Levemir), and a new route of administration for insulin aspart and human insulin injections (NovoLog and Novolin R).
