PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Patients with obstructive lung diseases such as asthma and emphysema receive only about half (55 percent) of the recommended medical care, according to a RAND Corporation study appearing in the November issue of the journal Chest.
