The latest news about Iran's nuclear program has undoubtedly set off the alarm bells in Western capitals. A report from the UN nuclear watchdog agency chief said that Iran is still blocking UN nuclear inspectors from access to key military sites and is failing to provide information and documentation on its dual-use nuclear equipment.
