Posterior Colporrhaphy and Enterocele Repair With Graft Augmentation

A large posterior, vaginal wall defect is presented. The dissection of the posterior, vaginal wall is demonstrated in which the technique of dissecting the enterocele sac off the anterior rectum is demonstrated. A uterosacral fixation of the vaginal cuff, along with a posterior colporrhaphy that is augmented with a biological graft is demonstrated. Pelvic Surgery Videos
