Meanwhile, Hizbul sets off car bomb in CRPF camp, 19 injured

As Indo-Pak talks got underway in New Delhi today, militants carried out a car bomb attack and hurled grenades on a CRPF camp in Srinagar, leaving at least 19 people injured. Among the injured were nine security personnel.
