Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans, Environment and Science Claudia A. McMurray signed today in Rabat, Morocco the landmark U.S.-Morocco Science and Technology Cooperation (S&T) Agreement and the U.S.-Morocco Environmental Cooperation Plan of Action.
