Ex-doctor held for cheating immigrant patients with false vaccines

Stephen Brian Turner, a 51-year-old former doctor from Bay Area, has been arrested for duping over 1,400 immigrants by administering them saline solution as vaccines and even taking their blood samples for tests that were never conducted.
