Investigator: Chemical plant worker died from lack of oxygen

Investigators say a Georgetown chemical plant worker who entered a large dryer to help a passed out colleague lacked oxygen and died. Officials say 27-year-old Ronald J. Altman was killed Saturday and two other workers were injured at 3V Incorporated.
