Moynihan hails new deal for farmers

Dairy farmers applying for a derogation under the Nitrates Directive will be allowed to exceed the 170kg of organic manure per hectare limit up to a maximum of 250 kg per hectare as part of a new deal secured by the Government, according to Michael Moynihan TD.
