BrightLight Creative To Acquire Web Development Unit Of DigiBahn

Cleveland - CUYAHOGA FALLS, OHIO BrightLight Creative, the Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio based branding and marketing communications consultancy, announced today that they have finalized an agreement to acquire the Web development and hosting operation of DigiBahn, a Cleveland, Ohio based integrated technology solutions provider. BrightLight Creative will integrate DigiBahns customers into their Web and digital media unit, iBrightLight. The deal is expected to close in early November with customer accounts being transitioned over a 30 to 60-day period. Additional terms were not disclosed.
