Oakland A's to build ballpark in Fremont, Calif

SAN FRANCISCO, California (Reuters) - The owners of the Oakland Athletics said on Tuesday the team would leave its home of nearly 40 years and build a new ballpark near San Jose, which has long sought a Major League Baseball franchise.
