Parnevik leads as Singh struggles at Canadian Open

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Sweden's Jesper Parnevik carded a four-under 66 to grab the early first-round lead at the Canadian Open on Thursday while title holder Vijay Singh made an unsteady return from a back injury.
