LibanCell denies Qordahi allegations

LibanCell strongly denied the allegations made by former Telecommunication Minister Jean Louis Qordahi that the company did not settle all the fines it owed to the Telecommunication Ministry.In a statement to the press, LibanCell, which ran one of the networks based on a Built Operate and Transfer (BOT) contract, said the company fully paid its dues to the ministry.
