Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick downplayed his bruised ribs after missing most of practice Wednesday, saying he will start Sunday night against the Chicago Bears. "No concerns," Vick said. "I'll be out there. I guarantee it. The game is a must-win situation. I just want to be there to aid my guys and try to make some plays so we can keep ourselves in the hunt.
