Pranab Mukherjee expresses hope at nuke deal, Indo-Pak talks

New Delhi, Nov 13: Minister of External Affairs Pranab Mukherjee today said that he was hopeful about the Indo-US civilian nuclear agreement being cleared at the lame duck session of the US House of Representatives.
