Dan Brown, author of 2003's The Da Vinci Code, was sued in Britain's High Court this week for allegedly plagiarizing from Michael Baigent's and Richard Leigh's non-fiction book Holy Blood, Holy Grail, published in 1982 -- an act of potential literary misconduct which has occurred, incredibly, on the heels of the James Frey controversy.
