Edwin Arnold Bentley, 77, who came to Reston when he worked with Gulf Oil Corp. in the late 1960s and decided to stay in the new planned community, died Nov. 8 of complications of Alzheimer's disease at Tall Oaks at Reston, an assisted living center.
