A poignant account of breast cancer
16th Jan 2006, 04:23 GMT
Filed under: Breast Cancer Today I received a link to a truly fabulous blog of a woman undergoing breast cancer treatment. In one moment her candor had me both holding my side with laughter and contemplating the kindness and beauty of life. She wrote of her hair loss with such an open acceptance that I immediately felt my everyday rantings and ravings to be silly and pointless, and yet she seems like the kind of person who would listen to another's drama and bear no judgement. This blog also happens to be up for Best of the Blog awards for The Most Inspiring category. Please pay her a visit, read through her journey and cast her a vote, you will enjoy every moment of it.
