Problems with Soapbox?

Anybody else experience problems when uploading videos to soapbox? I have tried several times to upload a new video, and all I get is "processing...processing...processing" forever and ever. I've allowed it to go over 40 minutes, for a 12 meg file!? I'm on a fast DSL too... Jonathan
