Nov 12, 2006: The Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters names Vance Harrison Jr. president. Harrison will succeed Carl Smith on Jan. 1, 2007. Harrison serves as the president/owner of Creative Marketing. The Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters is an association of 175 of Oklahoma's radio and television stations.
