Sony Corp. in SRAM investigations

Japanese electronics heavyweight, Sony Corp, made an announcement today that its electronics department was under investigation by the US Justice Department in connection with alleged SRAM (Static Random Access Memory) issues. No further details were given except that it was an industry wide probe.
