McNeil to co-distribute Cephalon's ADHD drug

McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, has entered into an agreement with Cephalon to co-promote Modafinil, a treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
