Energy minister pledges to solve problem of electricity cuts

Energy Minister Mohammed Fneish pledged yesterday that the problem of electricity cuts would be "solved gradually," with the docking of a ship carrying fuel Monday night. According to the minister, after being delayed for a few days, the ship had arrived and he was informed by Electricite du Liban's (EDL) Director-General that the ship arrived at night and will be unloaded in Tuesday morning.
