(Reuters) - Cuban HIV positive patients wait for their turn outside the doctor's office at an AIDS sanatorium outside of Havana July 4, 2005. Cuba stopped quarantining in 1993 and allows people with HIV to stay at home after a course to teach them how to look after themselves and not spread the virus. Currently, Cuba has one of the lowest rates of HIV infection in the world, a prevalence of less than 0.1 percent of its sexually active population. Picture taken July 4, 2005.
