Indefinite 'Enemy Combatant' Detention Upheld

A federal appeals court has ruled that President Bush has the power to hold "enemy combatant" Jose Padilla indefinitely, without charges. Critics say it gives the government a green light to arrest and imprison any American without charging them of a crime.
